Imperial Carpets manufactures bespoke carpets at its own facilities in Crevillente (Alicante, Spain), combining industrial tradition with specialist technology.
The company has machinery and looms capable of producing high-quality carpets and rugs for demanding projects, particularly in the hotel and contract sector.
Direct control of the production process allows every project to be tailored to the client’s requirements and ensures the quality of the finished product.

Technology and looms
Imperial Carpets uses different manufacturing systems that allow it to adapt to different types of project. We have advanced looms with the latest technology, capable of producing widths of up to 4 metres, ensuring high production capacity and swift delivery times.
Axminster
A system particularly suited to contract and hotel projects.
Characteristics:
- High resistance to intensive use
- Wide design possibilities (up to 11 colours)

- Easy maintenance
This system allows carpets to be created with multiple colours within the same design, making it especially well suited to hotel projects.
Wilton
A system that allows carpets to be manufactured with different textures, more orientated towards the domestic sector.

Imperial Carpets manufactures different qualities of Axminster carpet designed to meet varying levels of wear within hotel and contract projects.
Each quality is defined by technical parameters such as: pile density, pile height, weight per square metre and material composition.
The combination of wool and nylon yields carpets that are resistant to intensive wear, with good resilience and outstanding durability.

Design possibilities
NO CREATIVE LIMITS
Imperial Carpets has an in-house design department capable of developing any decorative concept.
The team works in close collaboration with: hotels, architecture practices, interior designers and decorators. The aim is to develop carpets that integrate seamlessly into the design of the space. The company also offers collections and design catalogues that serve as a starting point for each project.
Should the client have a specific idea or concept, the design department can develop it through to a final design ready for production.
Samples and sign-off prior to manufacture
Prior to commencing production, Imperial Carpets prepares design sheets for client approval, allowing the final result to be visualised.
Design and colour samples are also produced ahead of manufacture, so that the client can see exactly how the carpet will look before the production process begins.
This sign-off process ensures that the final design matches precisely what the client expects.
